Needs Discovery

Every reactive behavior contains:

    • shadow (protective pattern)
    • an unmet need (emotional truth)
    • core truth (liberation)
  • Shadow: What protective pattern or fear-based reaction is showing up?

  • Need: What unmet emotional need is hiding underneath the shadow?

  • Truth: What deeper truth becomes available once the need is met?

Trigger Framework

  • Trigger: What happened?

  • Belief: What story did I attach to it?

  • Need: What did I actually need in that moment?

  • Repair: What action, boundary, or truth restores alignment?
