Anna Hooge is a Copenhagen-based coach, guide, mentor and creator.
Hi, I’m Anna. I’m a Depth Coach, supporting people in meeting the parts of themselves that operate beneath awareness.
For a long time, my own unconscious patterns were driving my life. I was trying to create safety through logic, effort, and self-improvement and learned how to function, perform, and will myself through life, while slowly disconnecting from what I was feeling. Eventually, my body said stop.
From there, I was led into a deep exploration of my own unconscious programming and unprocessed emotion. In that process, I discovered something I hadn’t known before: my Self.
Today, I support others navigating similar terrain. People who appear successful on the outside, who know how to cope, function and hold things together, yet feel empty, stuck, disconnected or unsure inside, never deeply settled or clear.
My work, is about slowing down to listen to the body, so you can stop overriding yourself, trust what you feel, and move through life with more ease. From here you internal capacity strengthens, and you restore contact with your natural aliveness.

This work supports deep integration and lasting change by addressing what lives below conscious awareness, the unprocessed emotion, unconscious strategies, and protective parts that once ensured safety, but now limit aliveness.
Each session is designed to go beyond surface-level mindset work by identifying the root cause of blocks and imbalances. By working at this depth, change becomes embodied and sustainable, rather than something you need to maintain through will.
Through the work, you are guided into deeper contact with your body, emotions, and authentic self. As internal capacity grows, old patterns begin to dissolve, your nervous system regulation deepens, and more aligned ways of being, living, and creating become available to you.

The Inner Map Session is a guided, reflective conversation designed to support awareness and self-understanding.
Using Human Design, Astrology and psychological and pattern-recognition frameworks, I help you trace personal patterns, through a personalized map of your inner world. The map offers a neutral, objective perspective of the universal themes you’re navigating.
The session brings language and perspective, that can help you notice what is happening beneath awareness, influencing your thinking, emotions and choices. Through conversation, we explore how your innate energetic patterns is best harnessed, where energy is flowing, where it may be stagnant and how to bring it back into alignment and balance.
The intention is to support clarity, choice, and reconnection with your own inner authority, so you can move forward in a way that feels right for you.
The Creator Apprenticeship is for those wanting to create, shift, or build a new vision for their life – privately or professionally.
Together, we’ll dive into every part of your life and business, working from the inside out.
