The art of noticing.
I’m Anna. I am a natural pattern recognizer and energy reader. I navigate the symbolic and invisible realm with a naturalness I’ve cultivated through years of listening. I know how to translate what lives beneath the surface of awareness into meaning and order.
This skill has come from my own life, that has been shaped by on-going transformation and inner work.
For several years I moved through a period of deep descent, disorienting, isolating, and at times shattering. It was painful, but also the most truthful thing I have ever lived.
That experience gave me a way of being with people in the real, raw places, without flinching, without rushing them toward the light and without needing them to be anywhere other than where they are.
[2] I return to the Danish forests regularly. The land has been part of my own grounding practice for years.
Before this work found me, I spent eight years running my own design studio in Copenhagen. Most of my life I lived in my home country, Denmark, but have in periods traveled and learned widely from other cultures and traditions.
Because of my own journey, I am naturally drawn to themes around self-censorship and performance, how we mold ourselves, how we learn to adapt, how we make ourselves more palatable by translating ourselves and trying to fit into neat boxes that were never meant to hold our vastness.
I’m fascinated by the invisible architecture beneath the patterns, how the subtle unconscious psyche operates. How behavioral loops is fueled, what emotions are and what they are here to reveal. The relationship we have to our own creativity, expression, and sense of aliveness. Anything that touches upon authenticity, personal agency, radical honesty, myth, and beauty ignites my soul.
Today I bring my own lived experience and multifaceted self to my sessions, but I am known for a grounded, sharp, direct way of working and an ability to explain the complexity happening beneath the surface of awareness.
I help the women I work with return to themselves, beneath the roles they have performed, the adaptations they learned to belong, and the version of themselves that compromised to stay loved.
I want to inspire you to be the heroine of your own story. A woman with agency and authority. Beyond cycles of survival and adaptation. A life that feels fully alive, that makes your heart beat, your palms sweat, and your eyes light up.
